I you change the network connection to point the DNS to 8.8.8.8, it may improve the video connection. Other fixes I have seen are updating the audio driver for the device you use to listen to the videos with. [[Fix common audio and video issues]] may also prove useful. Also noticed an outdated plugin: When you visit the plugin update checker, does this : Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 11.0.07 show up as vulnerable?
