The browser is crashing when I try to print from one specific website
When I attempt to print from one specific website on Mozilla Firefox, the browser crashes. Previous to this the printer settings had been reset to establish a new default printer for the browser. I have since reset the browser again, updated the browser, confirmed that other browsers will print on this site to this printer and that other sites will print from Mozilla, and yet this one website continues to crash. I have cleared cookies, hard reset, soft reset both the printer and the computer. Any tips?

I repaired the problem after adjusting the margins!

Have you tried updateing your drivers for the printer? I remember reading a issue like this with chrome a while back and it was related to DisplayLink driver. Try updateing your drivers and get back to us :)

Hello! I have updated all the drivers and possible software on the Zebra 2824 Plus ZPL printer and there are still issues. I can print from any other site but this specific website on Mozilla still! I am quite baffled by this. Thanks for your assistance Emily
