I used to have Personal address book and Collected address book. Since V38, the entries in the Collected addresses are now in the Personal addresses as well. I effectively have duplicates. When I delete an entry in the Personal address it is also deleted from the Collected addresses if it was in both places, which it shouldn't have been, as per previous version of TB. Have I missed a new setting and if not, why the change? It defeats the purpose of having addresses separated.

Have you perhaps missed the creation of the ALL address book which appears at the top of address book list now? Missing that would make it look like collected address were in the personal address book.

Thank you Matt! You are absolutely correct - I "missed" the ALL address book.  :-)

I followed a suggestion and deleted collected addresses and lost everything! Can I get my "personal" back or do I have to re-enter all over? inspectus@verizon.net

I made no such suggestion and have no idea what "deleted collected addresses" really means. What did you do?

Don't really need ALL address books AND collected address books. It was fine with Personal and Collected.

All Books is not really a book. It is just a tab that shows combined books. It was some programmers great idea that has caused nothing but confusion.

Personally I like it. I would also like it if it remembered my last used address book and actually exported ALL Address books. But time will see those things I think.
