Did the sender top post and include the dash-dash-space sig delimiter? In that case when you reply to the message everything below the sig delimiter would be cut off. Is that what you're seeing?

Sorry, I'm not sure what the dash-dash-space sig delimiter is.

Here is one of the messages (in italics) that when I select reply or reply all the original doesn't show up:

and according to the drop down menus Cntrl+shift+r should quote the original message and that doesn't work anymore either.
