Another radio station user installed the DownloadThemAll! add-on, which adds an extra step to a routine process of downloading URL-based radio show audio files (See picture 1). After uninstalling DownloadThemAll!, the normal "Save Audio As..." choice on the right-click pull down menu is grayed out (See picture 2). I have: • Set associations in the Applications tab of Options; • Reset Firefox; • Uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox; • Searched for errant .dlls (out of my element on that). The only (unacceptable) solution was to reinstall DownloadThemAll! (PC is Win 7) Anybody have any thoughts? Suggestions? Recipes? Thanks!
