I want to restore my bookmarks file from an Acronis backup. There is no backup of the previous bookmarksbackup folder. There are some .json and .sqlite files

I trashed my C; drive attempting to do a disk clone with Acronis True Image. Prior to attempting the clone, I did a backup using Acronis. I did a "system refresh" using the Windows restore disk. Unfortunately the "refresh" wiped out all the files associated with Firefox. I now learn that Acronis, by default, does not backup the Mozilla Firefox folders. Doing a restore with Acronis gives me a dump of the files prior to my "crash" but it does not have the bookmarksbackupfolder from before. There are some Mozilla .json and .sqlite files from immediately before the crash that are in the Acronis file restore dump. Is there any way to use these .json and .sqlite files to create the bookmarks backup files and allow me to restore Firefox bookmarks to the state before the crash? I am running Windows 10 but ithe OS was Windows 8.1 at the time of the crash.
