Can't load a specific site - other browsers okay

Hi all, I'm using FF48 on Windows 10 and on one specific, internal site, I'm getting a message that reads, "The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

All other browsers are okay. FF on other machines is okay.I've tried the following:

- cleared the cache/history, included the hidden cache 2 that's not automatically flushed - uninstalled (including removing all FF references in the registry) and reinstalled - checked the network settings; they were set to proxy, but changed them to No Proxy - added the noDNSPrefetch line to config - used Malwarebytes to search for Malware, but nothing was found (plus our network security software, in all likelihood, would have found something) - loaded FF in Safe mode

Nothing, so far, has worked. Any thoughts/suggestions?

Thanks!
