I just provided content and clicked the "troubleshooting "Automatically add" button and my content disappeared. I will start over, being as brief as I can. 1) I had just finished a post and wanted to add media. That button disappeared. Tried to find it with no success. Posted a query. Thought I would publish post w/out the picture, and discovered the "Publish" button was also missing. Posted a second query. After some time, jscher2000 responded to first query. Tried to follow instructions. Yes, WordPress Blog. Followed instructions, I think correctly, cleared cache, I think, got down to try reloading page, and it didn't help. I realized I hadn't answered current Firefox question, Couldn't remember, went to Mozilla to check. I do have latest. Button on that website said "Refresh Firefox" Punched that and my blog and Firefox disappeared from my computer and I am now contacting you on Edge. I wrote this all out once before, clicked Automatically add, and everything I had written disappeared. WTH? I am now afraid to click on any Mozilla button. I may disappear next. I'm just an old lady with a blog that I can't access, with limited ability to speak computerese.
