I have a new computer, recently installed Windows 10, and a printer driver just downloaded. Firefox works fine except when I try to print. I get the following message: Firefox has stopped working. A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if any solution is available. Close Program. I have never known Windows to ever solve a problem and am hopeful you will be able to. Thanks in advance.

How did you install FF and what Printer is that?

Regarding the FF installation, I did what I think is normal: just went to the website and followed the download directions. The printer is an HP LaserJet P1102W (wireless). I am able to print from QuickBooks without any trouble. I do not have Microsoft Office installed (yet). Could that be the problem? Thanks for your help.

That shouldn't affect it. Did you clear all cookies and try to print again? And printer driver was that needed or did it need a update?
