Won't let me sign into TalkTalk mail as I have a toucansurf address

I have a TalkTalk account as my previous supplier was taken over. My email address is fbhwness@toucansurf.com and it always says this is an insecure site but TalkTalk have told me it isn't but only because my e-mail address is not talktalk. Up till now had no real problems but now you will not let me sign into the mail at all which is most frustrating. Did try to register but the name kept getting rejected had Frankenstein/12 which sems to fulfil the criteria of english letters, number and a symbol such as /-. Why doesn't it accept it? Did try just initials but thst still didn't work. So frustrated.

You say that 'it' always says that it's not a secure site - what do you mean by 'it'  ? What is the exact message you get  ? Is it only Firefox that won't let you sign in, or does this happen with other browsers as well  ?

Never post any personal information because an adware robot could find it, and start sending you all kinds of spam. This includes e-mail, phone, and home information.

Please remove that information from your post.


I would suggest closing the current account and creating a new one. After, let those you want know the new account.
