I have multiple Yahoo disposable email addresses but cannot figure out how to send messages using them in TB. Only seem able to use the main address.

You can create them as a new existing mail account.

You may like to try adding them as a new 'identity' to the mail account. Read info on 'Identites': https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/using-identities

Thank you Toad-Hall for the solution. I was hoping for a simple transfer as I have almost 400 disposable email addresses, and counting, and to make an identity for each is daunting. I am not sure I have the patience to take on this task, which is a shame because I like most of TB, but I believe I need easy access to my disposable email addresses more.
