I wanted to change my History preferences to "Firefox will never remember history." After I select that, it prompts me to restart Firefox and I do. But when it boots back up, none of my add-ons are visible on the toolbar. I tried to restore customization settings back to default and uninstalled and reinstalled all of the add-ons but none of that worked. They all come back and function as soon I change the History preferences back to "Firefox will remember history."

My question is, is this normal Firefox behavior or is this a bug? If it's normal and I'm missing and obvious detail, please let me know.
