I regularly use the 'Highlight All' feature when using 'Find in page' but since the Firefox 87 update, this is now almost useless to me.

If I press Ctrl+F and search for something in a large text list (55000 lines) it will be quick and show the next result instantly when I click the down arrow but as soon as I click 'Highlight All' there is a noticeable 2-3 second lag while it populates the scroll bar with the visual cues of where the search results are in the page, then if I click the down arrow to search for the next reason the page freezes and it takes multiple seconds to jump to the next result.

Before the FF87 update Highlight All worked absolutely fine and was as quick as jumping to the next result as not using Highlight All.

Since FF87, Highlight All makes the experience of searching a file so slow that I waste too much time waiting and so I've just stopped using it.

Is there an about:config method of disabling the new 'scrollbar visuals'?

I'm using a device with a slow CPU (N4100) but as I mentioned, there was no problem with this function before the latest update. I don't really care where in the document the result is, so I'd prefer to just turn off this new feature.
