Pop-up adds happen continually on SoundCloud.com

I get constant pop-up adds on SoundCloud. I have a paid account there, but there is no way to contact the managers directly. Is this an add or a notification? I see it as an add because it says Advertisement. I thought Firefox blocked adds and pop-up windows. Why do I only get these add pop-ups on SoundCloud and how to I prevent them? I have scrolled through dozens of posts in your Support page and have seen NOTHING related to my problem.

Thanks for any help with this issue.

Firefox does not have a built-in ad blocker. The "Tracking content" blocking through the Tracking Protection feature will prevent some ad server scripts from running, so indirectly, some ads will be blocked that way. Since the shield icon at the left end of the address bar in your screenshot is a bit purplish, something is being blocked already, but you could adjust your protection level and see whether that makes any difference. More info: Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox for desktop.

By the way, if you click that little "Why ads?" link, does it say anything about them that would provide more information?
