Hi I'm trying to do an online course with Moodle content but am repeatedly unable to open it. I have clicked on the 'allow' option on the info bar a couple of times but the rest of the time it

doesn't come up at all. Info in your help sections says go to settings but I don't get the same menu

you are talking about so can't enter the address to be unblocked. Thanks
