How do I get email from my thunderbird inbox to my yahoo inbox? I am using Imap - but I can get these emails there.

POP is a one way street. It downloads to the local device (Thunderbird.) with IMAP you can force it the other way, but it is quite slow and error prone.

How do I force it? In Thuderbird I tried copying files to the inbox of the IMAP account but they do not show up in the Yahoo account. There has to be a way to get them to the yahoo account
