issue information: Title:Notification tile of Firefox app is not disappear even the app exit from background Package name: org.mozilla.firefox Build number/version: 110.0.1 Device, Model, Android ,OS: OPPO (New Tablet,not released), Android 13.0, OS 13.1 (Google pixelT also have this issue ) Recurrence rate: 10/10 Expected impact: All Android users will be affected.

Steps to reproduce: 【Prerequisite】Download the latest version of Firefox from the Google Play Store 【Operation steps】 Open Firefox app > Play YouTube video > Clear the app from background > Observe the issue

Actual Result:Notification tile of Firefox app is not disappear even the app exit from background. Expected Result:Notification tile of Firefox app should disappear when the app exit from background.
