Right click
I see this issue posted in other questions but none of the solutions given works. For one, the click on items you talk about don't exist, like the "Firefox Options and/or Preference" is no where to be found, top left click on Firefox Icon or top right bars. The right click button does not work in your browser at all. I don't have this issue on my work computer or my work laptop and they are running the same version, 1140.1. I am use to: Right clicking Firefox icon in tool bar and a menu coming up that allows for several choices. Right clicking in the top bar with page tabs and being able to put the bookmark menu bar up permanently (the main reason I use Firefox, ease of accessing bookmarks which Chrome and IE make ridiculously difficult}. How do I get functionality of my right click back?

Options on Windows and Preferences on Mac and Linux is now Settings on all supported platform including mobile.
Do you have another mouse to try in case there is a problem with the right mouse button ?
Do you see any toolbars at all ?
Make sure Firefox isn't set to run in Full Screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command+Shift+F).
When you are in Full Screen mode, hover the mouse to the top of the screen to make the Navigation Toolbar and Tab bar appear. You can use one of these to leave Full Screen mode:
- press the F11 key
- click the Maximize button at the right end of the Tab bar
- click the Full Screen button in the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list
- right-click empty space on a toolbar and click "Exit Full Screen mode"
Nothing you suggested worked. I also have a very skinny scroll bar and following instructions as I have to change the scroll bar width on other computers with success, on this laptop it does not. The right click key still acts as though it's the left click. Not sure whats going on but it's as though I can't change anything in Firefox.
Do you have a regular mouse attached or are you using a touchpad ?
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.

You can try to reinstall Firefox in case something went wrong with an update.
You can find the full installer of the current Firefox release (114.0.2) in all languages and all operating systems here:
