I know exactly nothing useful about outlook, other than it is a mail client. I last used it about 1999 with plain text emails. I mostly also do not use Thunderbird calendar.

But selecting print brings up an option to print as a list, a monthly grid or a weekly planner. I have no idea if that aligns with what outlook does, so I just can't answer if they are the same as outlook. Perhaps try pressing Ctrl+P in the calendar tab and see what is offered for yourself. Or clicking the print icon on the toolbar of the calendar.
