help me i cant get in my farmville game it won,t load i have downloade the flash player 100 times and it wont work and i am new at this please help

I played ´til 3 am and than i shut down my pc. at 9 am, i tried to access my farmville but it doesn´t works. i check my cache, cookies, flashplayer, i tried with F5 and with deinstallation zynga toolbar, but nothing works. my corps are withered and my dog ist gone because its now 2 days since i can´t login.
