I installed Firefox Sync extention for my pc, after few days ago it doesn't work?

i installed Firefox Sync extension/ Plug-in for my PC installed Firefox. After few day ago i formatted my PC for virus inflection. After formatted my PC i installed again Firefox and Firefox extension/Plug-in. but when i try to sync my pc bookmarks etc using Firefox sync, it says your user-name or password incorrect. so i request new password but i didn't receive any type of email for my in box. Why is that? Someone hack my Firefox Sync Account? if its how do i again get it?

Maybe you inserted your email wrong. People sometimes make a mistake when inserting their email, and that's very problematic, as you can imagine.

Also, for future reference, online sync software isn't, at all, the best way to backup your information when you reformat your hard drive. Read this:

No i duble check my email address and password. I think there's a security issue in " Firefox Sync", they never confirm new users email address. Its very dangerous problem.

Or maybe it's just that your email service provider is filtering the emails sent by Firefox Sync and you can find them in the spam folder or something of the sort?

I search my every email accounts , every folders. There's now Mozilla weavs/ Firefox Sync emails.
