I see that I must have installed CuteButtons but I can't figure out how to use it. I've Googled it and couldn't find anything either.

Why is it so hard to get an answer out of this forum? I guess I will just uninstall this CuteButtons since I can't seem to figure out how it is used.

If I understand correctly then you do not have to do anything. The extension adds its own icons to menu entries and extensions that it supports. You do need to install extensions separately.
