check plugins says no plugs but tool bar shows a few can not update adobe have tried most of your options none work can you help?

Can you list your plugins as shown on the about:plugins page?

Which plugin is used by those games?
The Adobe Reader plugin is for displaying Opening PDF files within Firefox PDF files and not for running games.

You may need to install the latest version of the Flash plugin.
