Lost my toolbar; File/View/edit etc. are gone, so I can't go there to restore.

When trying to clean up my toolbar, I went to top of page (File/View etc.) and removed the list of options accidentally. Now I can't go to File/Edit/View/History etc ... Firefox help says, "Go to File and click ..." I can't do that. How do I restore? Thanks!

Never mind. I figured out how to fix the problem in safe mode. Thanks anyway!

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
