My principal use is taxes on tax prep software TAXWISE. Site is twonline.taxwise.com. Foxfire loads site quickly and lets me logon and see TW homepage, and lets me perform many functions within the program, but when I try to load an actual tax return, I get a "LOADING" page which never ends. Returns, which are stored and edited online, are encrypted. Internet Explorer has no problem with this.

Hey,

please see if How to clear the Firefox cache and Clear cookies and site data in Firefox helps you.

Otherwise, it might as well be that the site is powered by an ActiveX object. Firefox can't run these. Did you have to accept a message for installing an application inside Internet Explorer when you opened the site?
