if a body of website has a scrollbar, and there's a div which using `overflow:scroll` as a style, there's a nest scrollbar.

when move mouse into this div, scroll the trackpad, both body and div are scrolling. to view the same page in other browser (like safari on OSX or firefox on Windows 7), it's works fine.

hi if you have any prob regarding your scroll bar then first clck on your content web page and wait for a second and then scroll up or down recently i also gone threw this prob on [[Knowledge Base Article|http://bestugcnetcoaching.com/]] but when i tried the steps on http://ugcnetanswerkeys.com/ my probem is getting solve
