Firefox 10 is not supported, and honestly is quite horrible. Download Firefox 23, it's the latest and greatest and is much much much better than Firefox 10

Why would you want something that old that still uses the old XUL based Firefox? It's slow, buggy, unstable and insecure and we don't provide any support for it.
