no its is on all programs just can not get the numbers

then it sounds rather like a hardware issue unfortunately, where we from Firefox support won't really be able to provide any help!

Did you try to reboot the computer?

Is this a wireless keyboard or one connected via cable (USB)?

Open a text editor. Start pressing the keys (all of them) one by one. Watch the screen as you are typing. It's possible something is wrong with the keyboard. A temporary help is; Windows > Start > search box > On Screen Keyboard.
