Popup block warning banner disappears quickly
Windows 8.1 Firefox 36.0.1
When visiting a site that needs to show a popup, usually Firefox will show a banner up top and give you the option to block or allow.
This new system I'm using shows that banner for maybe 1 second, too quick to actually click anything on it. and then it just goes away.

hi paherbst, there should be an icon in the address bar of the site that allows you to get to the permission settings again...

While that might be true, it doesn't fix the problem that unless i'm paying real close attention when the page loads, I'll completely miss that a popup was blocked.
I'm losing the hint that theres even a setting that needs to change.
Why is it disappearing?
