Firefox just did the 39.0 update , immediately afterwards i lost the Tabs , my Menu at the top , (File Edit View , etc) and the ability to close any page without going to Control/Alt/Delete/ Task Manager and stopping Firefox , i will have to Control/Alt/Delete after i post this so i can exit Firefox , so this sucks, because i do not have a X or Minimize at the top right anymore , and Right Clicking the page does nothing to restore these items or allow me to close the page , when i go to any page , it says "Oops , Firefox lost all your tabs and controls" or something like that , so its a issue caused by the update , i restarted my PC and it still does it , so i want to go back to the prior version till someone fixes this one how can i uninstall this update and go back to the prior version ??

so how do i get rid of this version and go back to the last one ??

EDIT: , i have to use Google Chrome so i can get here and exit without Control/Alt/Deleting every time , this is the actual message i get

"Well, this is embarrassing.

Firefox is having trouble recovering your windows and tabs. This is usually caused by a recently opened web page.

You can try:

Removing one or more tabs that you think may be causing the problem
Starting an entirely new browsing session"
