When I try to sync my "Archives" folder with my Outlook.com account, I get an error message saying the folder doesn't exist on my Outlook.com account. Should I do this the hard way and re-configure my account as if I had never used it with Thunderbird, or what? I am able to move all the messages out of the Archives folder into another folder such as the "Inbox" folder or the "Sent" folder, but when I try to move a message into the "Archives" folder, it doesn't cooperate. Is there an easy way to make sure my account is configured correctly so that I can do anything with my messages just as well as I can on Outlook.com in Firefox or any other web browser? If there is a one-click solution to repairing my account on Thunderbird, that would work for me.

Another issue I am having is that when I move a message I just sent from my "Sent" folder to the "Archives" folder on Thunderbird, it doesn't simply move the message into the "Archives" folder, it creates a sub-folder in the "Archives" folder called "Sent", which not only is an issue on Thunderbird, but also goes onto my Outlook.com account on any web browser, which causes even more issues. Outlook.com doesn't support sub-folders, which I don't want on my email account anyway. They actually appear as sub-folders on Outlook.com, but all I get is an error message when I try to open them. Thankfully, I am able to delete them on Thunderbird.

Disregard. I am actually able to do everything with my messages just fine. Maybe this was just a one-time occurrence.
