Recently I loaded Mozilla Firefox again. When I opened it, immediately "Ask" came up as the toolbar,and its associated about.com was designated as my home page. I knew this was bad, so I deleted it. It does not appear when I use the Google search engine. However, the next time and every time after this when I use Mozilla Firefox and it opens, a pop up appears from "My Space Toolbox". I have tried to: - delete it in my settings-options, but there is no place to delete it. - It won't allow a right click for a menu to delete. - It is not listed in My programs- not on the Start menu nor in my Program files - It is not listed in my Control Panel uninstall list - I have searched for it, and it doesn't appear in a search of my documents How can I remove it? One site on the internet it states that this is malware, as it appears to be, and should be removed. Please help.
