i have tried all of this before posting for help i have the web sitting set for feed back help ive keeping cookie and history clean i run scans once a week the only problem i have is i do not know which item i can stop in the start up manager i keep everything updated also i just got right click working again im at wits end here i have no add on except the plugins needed

sorry that up above is so twisted to understand has you can see the nvidia forceware and below my laptop added with out me knowing in till after i posted then when i posted did not know how to delete or edit just finding out now how to edit
