Thunderbird replaces my inserted image with another image regularly!

I send an image with inserted Images (2) and send. What is received at the other end is often a totally different image. The images are from footers off random emails that I have previously received in my Inbox.

I have two examples: Email when Sent and Email when Received

however this page will not upload them and just freezes. ( so I cannot post below)
