what's with sync?
I've installed firefox on my android device and for PC(on the next day). I created Firefox account to sync data between my phone and PC, but I can't sync anything, cause my android device is not listed in my account. In "help" you said that mobile Firefox doesn't support sync at this moment (quote: "Your device could be missing for several reasons: ... You are using Firefox on mobile, such as iOS, Android or Firefox OS. This feature is not yet supported on mobile Firefox clients. "). So why did you add to mobile Firefox future which is not supported by it? If this information is required: PC - Windows 10, Firefox 50.0.1 Android - Android 4.4.4, Firefox 50.0.1

You cannot manage mobile devices through your Firefox account yet, however, syncing is supposed to work anyway. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/sync-bookmarks-tabs-history-and-passwords-android
I'm already read this. In sync options on android firefix says that "Last sync: never". And it's realy never, cause my browser on PC didn't get anything
It doesn't sync anything even when I press "Sync" in browser or in Settings->Accounts->Firefox

Did you successfully set up your Firefox account on the Android device? Obviously this needs to be the same Firefox account you previously used before on the desktop.
