How do I get Firefox and Adobe Reader to be friends again?
I used to be able to read and print pdf files such as bills that are regularly sent to me on the internet. After last update Adobe can't can't read the files or print them directly from Firefox browser. I get a message to save file. I have to save the file to computer then use Adobe to read the saved file. How do I fix?

I guess I'm not a tech type. Firefox is all screwed up. When I go to stockcharts.com for example and try to get RRG charts and click set to compare S&P to the S&P sectors, a blank chart shows up. It works with other browsers. Now I am trying to uninstall the program and it will not uninstall. Neither will Thunderbird even though I've never used it.
How do I get rid of Mozilla.
Thanks,
Steve

Hi, try this: Open the 3-bar menu > Help > Troubleshooting Information, then under Applications Basics > Profile Folder, click Show Folder, now look for mimeTypes.rdf then select it, right click on it, and delete it. (Or you can rename it by adding something like .old to the end). Now restart Firefox.
You may need to also check your settings - Applications panel - Set how Firefox handles different types of files.
If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!
