Hello. A Client of mine is not getting my messages, however I can receive them. I have looked on their end checked, double checked, and triple checked and they do not have me blocked. It seems I am the only one experiencing this problem with their account recently, but it has happened in the past. It is a Verizon account. My address has the word Naked in it (I am a professional organizer: The Naked Flower). Perhaps that is causing it to block me? The client is using Thunderbird. This is the message I get in response 15-120 minutes after I send the message:

P.S. I do have permission from the user of this account to post all of the information in this question, they're just not savy ;)

Your mail could not be delivered because the recipient is only accepting
mail from specific email addresses. If you feel you received this in error,
please contact the recipient directly and ask them to check their email
settings. (in reply to end of DATA command)

Given Verizon owns AOL I would assume you are dealing with one company. But regardless that information is very clear. but I am also guessing misleading. where is says "specific email addresses" I am guessing they have selected some option to only receive mail from those in their address book.

My personal experiences with AOL 20 years ago were not good, but I found they had all sorts of content filters that allowed folk to block anything that might not get a G rating. My guess is you are not blocked, but are not in the appropriate address book. Or your mail is being filtered because of language and rejected using the same bounce message.
