Flashes on redraw with multiple panes scrolling v57

Showed up to the new version. When loading a code review in Atlassian Stash, two panes which scroll independently show up. As they scroll the entire screen randomly strobes / flashes for a split second while it does some sort of redraw. Obviously a bug since its gonna give someone a seizure.

Does not happen when scrolling on 'normal. Tried turning off smooth scrolling which didn't work.

Hello, let's try turning off Hardware Acceleration! Goto about:preferences, under General click on the Performance sub-menu and then uncheck the box that says Use Hardware Acceleration!
