My firefox crashes multiple times a day. I have the current version and I'm running Windows 10. I really need help fixing it. Attached is the file of my latest crashes. I tried to increase the text size of the files, but I couldn't figure that out. If someone knows that too, would be great. Thanks!

Hi, sorry to be so dumb. I replied no, and asked if I can do safe mode with other windows open? I am new, I created my account just today in order to get an answer for this problem. I don’t know the protocol here.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-version?cache=no Did you update Firefox to the latest version 57.0.4

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

I'm in safe mode for Firefox and there have been no crashes in about an hour so that's good. Now I can go to this page to fix that problem: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-extensions-themes-to-fix-problems

Here are the crash reports:

That page is to check extensions that may be causing the issue. No guarantee of a fix.

Please : go to the Firefox 3 Bar Menu --> Options --> Privacy & Security panel and under Permissions check (put a tick in the box) the setting to Prevent Accessibility Services from accessing your browser.

Monitor in Task Manager. Should stay below 2 gigs. If excessive then do below and monitor and change if need to...Test and go up again , go back down, it will eventually get a zone you and it can live with.

Go to the 3 Bar Menu then Options --> General --> Performance and untick everything. change the recommended size lower then see how it runs. Note: 1 = No Multiprocessor = slow again. Try 2 Restart Firefox after making these changes please.

Note : Hardware Acceleration is for Video Card, Monitor to see if remain off or to turn back on.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

I'm back. Same issue. I have a friend that reinstalled Windows 10 for me and Firefox still continues to crash, especially when a video starts that I happen upon. My version is 59.0.02. I am running the lastest version of Windows 10. This is extremely frustrating. I have tried everything suggested in prior answers. Everything. I find it so very hard to believe that this problem doesn't exist for more than just a few people. Please help, I just don't know what to do. I hate the other browers.
