Workers listening for fetch events?

I was looking for a list of ad ons that I got in Firefox and I tried to look into DEBUGING to see what it represents and I am shockjed to see so many "owrkers" and most of them are "listening for fetch events" have START button and an UNREGISTER link. What are those? Are they safe? Is it safe to unregister from all or some of these? The only one RUNNING (green) as opposed to STOPPED (grey) is Youtube, which also has PUSH and DEBUG buttons and I got no idea what PUSH functionality is and I never learned i n over 20 years what DEBUG is as once debug opens it seems like an alien world for me or ids it only for advanced computer geeks:
