F6 only selects the address bar. Then hitting Tab only moves over to the search bar, and hitting Tab again just toggles through page elements. For instance, in Google Chrome what I am trying to accomplish would be done by hitting Alt and then left-arrow until I've selected the extension button I am looking for (or by hitting F6 and "tabbing" to the right to get to the toolbar buttons). In Mozilla, the only way I find I can access the extension functions or the "3-bar" button is with the mouse.
