toolbar enters overflow menu when watching full screen videos, incl default bar/settings
entire firefox toolbar enters overflow menu thingy when i watch videos in full screen (player full screen not FF/f11 fullscreen), this also happens even when i reset toolbar to default, all of it still enters overflow, and i have to press F11 twice to get it "out" this is totally new, (didn't even know there was an overflow thingy), in over a decade of firefox never encountered this seen it, to the point i didnt' realize overflow was a thing, and on a new install i can't seemingly to get it to not keep "eating" my toolbar
this is super annoying, and i would really really like a way to "Lock" my toolbar so this doesn't happen, and i can't imagine it's normal in anyway, specially when it happens on default and a clean install/empty browser, please help get back to normal toolbar "sticky"

What site and full screenshot of the issue cropping doesn't show what's happening.
the screenshot is showing the issue, "before and after", the toolbar is getting moved to overflow, just from watching fullscreen videos, which i've never experienced before youtube, twitter, discord, etc etc "sites that play vids with fullscreen player", it's not specific to 1 site, it's also not universal as in i don't know exactly what triggers it, since it doesnt' always happen immediately, but suddenly it happens
You can try to remove the two flexible spaces that Firefox places by default at both ends on the location bar container.
Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or if userChrome.css/userContent.css is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window

removed the flexible spaces and haven't had toolbar go into overflow for days unsure if that's the actual solution of if it just magically worked out itself or firefox updating or just black magick randomness, but marking this as the solution for now
after the last update (that made the Extension widget fixed on the toolbar) the issue is sadly back, out of ideas...
You can right-click items in the overflow menu and if you have "Unpin from Overflow Menu", click this. You can try to enter customize mode and and drag items in the overflow area to the toolbar and see whether Firefox restores the toolbar after closing customize mode.
i don't have unpin as an option, only "pin to overflow" or "remove from toolbar" the problem also isn't restoring it once it goes into overflow, i can use f11 for that seems like as mentioned the issue is watching stuff in full screen in a video player, and for whatever reason afterwards using firefox own fullscreen button (f11) then unfucks the overflow, so it's got something to do with fullscreen stuff i'm guessing the problem is preventing it to go into overflow, so i don't have to constantly use f11 for something that seems like the weirdest bug ever
