Pdf print not giving me a portrait option
I use Firefox 122.0.1 on Windows 11.
When I try to print a .pdf (mainly from gmail), the option for Portrait/Landscape will pop up for a split second, then disappear. I can only print Landscape.
- I've tried changing printers, but still get the same result (no portait option) - When I load gmail on Microsoft Edge, I get the portrait/landscape option as normal. - I changed the layout.css.page-size.enabled option to False, and still get the same result (no portrait option).
This started happening a few months ago, previous to this, everything worked normal.
Does anyone have a fix for this ? thanks

Change print.save_as_pdf.use_page_rule_size_as_paper_size.enabled to false in about:config then restart the browser.
It didn't fix the issue...I still get the same results
Are you saying that in Print Preview that you don't have these options? see screenshot This is from Hotmail. Let me send it to my gmail and see if I get the same options.
Printing from Gmail is painful and not as smooth as Hotmail. I don't see the option for orientation, but using the system dialog allows me to change the orientation.
Yes, correct, in the print preview it doesn't appear anymore.
Yes, I can access it through the system dialog, but I used to have it on the preview page just like your hotmail example. For a split second, I can see the option appear, but then it goes away.
When I print anything else (.jpg for example, see attached), I get the option on the preview
