Keyboard shortcut to copy current tab URL
Is there a way to create a new keyboard shortcut to copy current tab URL?
I've been using Arc to try some of their features, and what I miss the most is the hability to copy current URL to share without touching the mouse.

There is a more general feature request on file to let users remap keyboard shortcuts, but since there isn't an existing function to copy the address bar (or current page URL) without first selecting the address bar, it's probably a new request.
Mozilla's product suggestion site is at https://connect.mozilla.org/. I think if you have time, it would be a good idea to post this request there to get into the current feedback stream. Use the "Ideas" section of the site.

I think you need to move the focus to the address bar to copy the URL:
- Command+L to select the address bar
- Command+C to copy the selected URL
As for creating a new shortcut, I think you might need to use an add-on. I probably could add a keyboard shortcut to mine, but if you search, there might be one already available.

thanks @jscher2000!
didn't know Command + L, this didn't solve what I want, but is a nice approach
regarding what I like about arc, is that they "unify" both actions in one shortcut command + shift + C without loosing focus on the page. maybe is a feature request?

Note that in Firefox "Command+Shift+C" is the shortcut to open the developer tools. If "Command+L" doesn't select the URL in the address bar then you need to use "Command+L+A+C". You can try to press F6 of Fn+F6 to return to the webpage, I don't know if this works on Mac.
