How to stop emails ending up in the Junk folder.
I have been receiving emails from "How to Geek" for many years. Now Thunderbird moves these emails to the Junk folder. I have already added & added again the email address to my contacts but it makes no difference.

Being in the addressbook only prevents automatic junk identification. I suggest you click 'not junk' for this mail whenever it arrives. And sometimes the best solution for a single email address is to create a simple filter to set it as not junk.
Sorry for delayed reply but I had to wait to see what happened. Marked as not Junk, added to exceptions, still being directed to Junk folder. I've tried resetting Training Data, but will have to wait for another email to see if it makes any difference.
