When I compose a new message on Thunderbird, the spatial location of that msg is locked. Previously, the composition window was relocatable on the monitor screen. Now it's position-locked, very inconvenient. -George
If you place the mouse pointer on the top row of the window, you can drag it elsewhere.

My response: That used to work ever since 2010 when I first used thunderbird. With the two latest versions it is no longer possible to move the window -- at least on my Mac Book Pro, Sonoma 14.6.1, Thunderbird 128.4Oesr (64-bit)
