What file format is that image? What program is associated with that file type in Windows?
"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now" "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies" --- You can also try "Reset Download Actions": http://kb.mozillazine.org/File_types_and_download_actions
