I have enabled my computer settings according to ""automatically start firefox with private browsing" so that means all browsing history will never be saved in my computer.Now if I want to see the recent activity on my laptop,Is there anyway I can retrieve the information about my recent activity ?

Short answer is "No". Read this; it tells you what is not saved/remembered when using Private Browsing:
