Restore previous session is not automatic after restarting of OS / FF crash. In good ol' days, it worked way I liked: after crash or sudden restart of OS (when OS kills FF on shutdown), first start of FF loaded web sites, which were opened during crash/forced shutdown. Now, it doesn't work and I can't really figure out, how to enable this feature.

Also, what is important: I'm using "blank page" as start page - usually, I don't want to see "last opened tabs" after restarting FF. Restore previous session as described above should work only on sudden shutdown/crash.

I can now just click "Firefox" button and manually "Restore previous session" - which is: a) not automatic b) when I need quickly find something (after reboot), and run FF without manually restoring session, I'm screwed, because after some time of using FF I can't restore session anymore

Way how this was solved in 3.x was great - I got confirmation dialog to restore session or start new one...

Hi,

You may have to set When Firefox Starts: to Show my home page and the home page set to the default Firefox Start Page.

Please see this.

To be honest, I'm not quite happy with this solution :(
