Thunderbird will print an email; however, trying to do a print preview produces this error message: "Print Preview Error There was a problem printing. The printer could not be found."

This is Thunderbird version 17.0.6

On Firefox 27.0.1 the attempt to print preview fails with a "flash-by" message that I can't read. Again, it will still print.

is this a wired printer, or one of those wifi things that work when they feel like it (Mine is)

Hi Matt, Yes, it's a wi-fi HP printer. It works fine for my machine. The problem is on my wife's computer & I think that I may know what happened. I was stepping someone thru troubleshooting their wireless printer operation and I actually reinstalled the printer on her computer; but, in my privileged account. It may be that I need to reinstall the printer in her account? When I switched to my account on her computer the 'Print Preview' function worked just fine! I'll try that next. I'll let you know. Thanks
